• Create an account with PadelOnline and select the option to receive newsletters.
• Points will automatically be credited to your account after 30 days, provided you remain subscribed to our newsletters.

• Earn points for every purchase of eligible padel products (excluding gift cards and vouchers; returns will be deducted).
• Use your points to pay for products in full or apply a discount (e.g., 500 points = £5 off).
• Earn Bonus Points on selected promotional items.
• Points can be redeemed against the item value only (shipping costs excluded).
• Points can be used alongside other offers and discounts.
• No minimum number of points is required to redeem.
• Points will be credited after the 14-day returns period.

• Refer a friend who spends £100 or more (excluding gift vouchers) and earn 500 points (worth £5).
• Your friend must enter your registered email address at the checkout during their first successful order.
• Points are credited after order completion and return periods have passed.
• Refer up to 10 friends per month to earn up to 5000 points (£50) monthly!

• Earn 25 points for each product review submitted and approved on our website.
• Reviews must be based on purchases made through PadelOnline.

1. All points are awarded subject to an approval process.
2. Points redeemed against orders are deducted at the time of purchase.
3. Points for product reviews are only awarded once reviews are approved by our content team according to our guidelines.
4. We reserve the right to moderate, withdraw, or reject reviews at our discretion. Points are awarded only to genuine purchasers submitting genuine reviews.
5. Points expire 12 months after the last points-earning activity. Each time you earn points, your expiry date is extended by 12 months.
6. Points cannot be converted into cash or transferred between accounts.
7. Points are awarded based on the net amount (excluding VAT). For example, spending £100 will earn points on £80 (current UK VAT at 20%).
8. Referral bonuses are invalidated if the final order amount (after returns) falls below £100.
9. Referral bonuses are invalid if self-referral, same household, or suspicious activity is detected.
10. Management reserves the right to freeze or remove Loyalty Points in cases of disputes, fraud, or account compromise.
11. During major sales events such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, Loyalty Points are not awarded on discounted items.
