• If you are already a registered customer, simply log in to your account.
• If you're new to PadelOnline, you’ll need to create an account first.

After logging in, click the link provided in your voucher email. This will take you to the Redeem Voucher page. Here, your Gift Voucher will be validated, and the value will be credited to your account — ready for you to use.

Alternatively:
During checkout, simply enter your Gift Voucher code in the "Redeem Code" box on the payment page, and click "Redeem." The value will be added to your Gift Voucher Account.

Please Note:
- Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- They are non-refundable.
- If your order total exceeds your voucher balance, you can pay the difference using a credit or debit card.
- If your order total is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will stay in your account for future purchases.
